Shipping policy
Standard - We offer free shipping on all US orders over $40. Shipping rates for orders under $40 will be calculated at checkout using the USPS rate. Orders will arrive at destination in approx. 4-6 business days.
Priority - Arrives in approx. 2-5 business days (Monday-Saturday), depending on destination. (Price varies by location & weight.)
Priority Express - Arrives in approx. 1-3 business days, depending on destination. (Price varies by location & weight.)
Orders typically ship out from our warehouse here in Massachusetts within 2 business days of ordering (M-F, excluding major Holidays).
International Shipping: We ship our items to anywhere in the world via USPS. Shipping cost will be calculated for you at checkout.
Shipping on a Specific Date: If you would like your order to ship on a specific date, please email hello@alexhans.com to arrange the details.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: Our website does not currently allow shipping to multiple addresses.
